The 8th International Conference on Prognostics and Health Management (PHM) was held in Harbin from July 9th to 12th, 2017. The conference was on aerospace, energy and power systems, process industry, computers. The latest innovation trends and research tools were introduced and discussed in the areas of telecommunications and industrial automation for fault prediction and health management. They attended the meeting to study, and discussed with the industry scholars about the problems encountered in the actual aircraft maintenance project of China Eastern Airlines.
